In-Home Delivery in Iowa Only
Our $129.99 in-home delivery service is available to all Iowa customers and allows your items to be assembled, delivered and placed inside your home by our expert furniture installers. With a 95% customer satisfaction rating, you can expect a professional, detail-oriented team of Homemakers employees to do the work for you!
While we aim to schedule your in-home delivery within a few weeks of placing your order, the exact timeframe varies based on location, item availability, overall demands and other factors.
- Our team will reach out to you 2-3 days in advance of your delivery to schedule your date and 2-hour time window through text, email or by phone.
- Your order will be removed from the factory packaging, inspected and assembled by our experienced warehouse team prior to being loaded onto one of our Homemakers delivery trucks.*
- Prep your space by removing old furniture from your area and creating a clear path for your in-home delivery team.
- When possible, your delivery driver will give you a call when they are 15 minutes out from your home.
- Upon arrival, your delivery team will carefully place your items into your home in the space you have designated.

Local Pickup (Urbandale, Iowa)
Our 27-lane pickup department allows you to take your items home the same day you purchase them. Our industry-leading technology and highly trained team provide a contact-free pickup experience that will get your items loaded up shortly after purchasing. In-stock orders placed in our showroom are available for pickup immediately. Online orders, that are in-stock, are available for pickup within a few hours.
- If you placed an online order, wait to receive an email that your order is ready for pickup. If you purchased in-store, wait to receive an SMS text message shortly after you complete your transaction that lets you know your item is pulled and ready for pickup.
- If you placed an online order, call ahead 1-888-967-SHOP (7467) and let us know you're on your way so we can have your item(s) ready.
- Drive to the designated 27-lane pickup area. Follow the directions to receive your order number and park in the spot your pickup attendee designates.

- It is required that you bring your photo ID and receipt with you. Our team will load and tie down your items for you, but feel free to bring additional people to help you out.
